A website about the devious drivers and their even more devious legal advocates who will stop at nothing to evade justice.
|
This website is about those people who exploit their wealth and use dishonesty and outright lies and the assistance of immoral legal advocates to evade the law and continue to drive their cars in a manner not consistent with the slightest concern for the safety of anyone except themselves. They are prepared to use any and all devious manipulations and lies, and employ any devious legal means regardless of how much their selfishness may harm others. There are people who would be alive today if the law was better formulated. This does not however change the fundamental facts that there are many individuals who have no interest or concern for anything or anyone other than themselves and money. The persons featured on this website are here because they have exploited their wealth to evade the law. This is also about the sort of legal advocates whom they hire to defend them. |

All of the information contained in this website is public domain and the producers accept absolutely no responsibility of any kind whatsoever for any consequences to the named individuals or anyone else arising out of this publication. This website has been produced in response to the fact that all of the relevant authorities have failed to deal with the problems herein featured. It is also a response to the attitudes of the offenders themselves and their legal advocates who similarly have no care or concern for anything or anyone other than themselves or money. Furthermore, it should be noted that since the media, in the form of television programmes such as 'Fifth Gear' featured on 'Channel Five' similarly ignore the victims of the offences featured here, they must also be included as they appear to have no interest in the subject at all other than their cynical desire merely to fill their programme minutes. |

| Jon Bradshaw, 25, a businessman from Bury near Manchester, was found to be four and a half times over the legal drink drive limit (358mg per 100ml of blood) when he was arrested on the 20th of April 2004. |

Yvonne Lancaster, 45, a police inspector's wife, was found to be four times the drink limit in October 2001. She was reported as being so drunk she was 'slumped over the steering wheel' of her car. Her alcohol reading was apparently 136mg per 100ml of blood. |
| Ashley Ward, 30, a footballer, was caught speeding on the M56 in Cheshire doing 110mph in July 2001. |
|
Nick Harrison, 38, a property developer was speeding on the M25 at 173mph in His Porsche 911 Turbo. The fastest ever recorded in Britain. The incident occurred on the 27th of November 2003 between junctions 8 and 9, the Leatherhead stretch. Yet the case was thrown out of court on a technicality. |

A BMW in Needell’s possession was caught at 91mph on the M4 in South Wales on the 8th of May 2006. Needell claimed that the first he knew of the offence was when he was issued a second letter for failing to provide information as to who was driving the car at the time. |

Fifth Gear, the motoring programme on Channel Five has described Freeman as 'a thoroughly decent chap'. You might wonder just how much Freeman paid them for that endorsement given that they also do advertising for him. Both the programme and Channel Five have demonstrated that they have no interest of any kind in broadcasting an article featuring the other side of the matter. This is according to them entirely in line with Oftel regulations. Freeman also claims to be 'horrified at the thought of setting free a drink-driver by exploiting a loophole'. The reality is that he only cares about making as much money out of his wealthy clients as he can; and his clients only care about evading justice. It should be noted that all lies are featured in red. The producers of this website would like to ultimately pose the question; how many people have to die before Freeman and his kind admit that they are immoral, low, exploitative garbage? |
|
Having done the research, it transpires that Nick Freeman did not pay for a hyperlink from the Fifth Gear website to his own. This must have him laughing all the way to the bank. |
|
For their part Jay Nagley and James Woodroffe who both work in relation to the Fifth Gear programme, clearly have no cares or concerns for the fact they are effectively giving succour and support as well as an endorsement to a slimebag who only cares about himself and money. This clearly indicates that they are of the same ilk. |
|
For his part in this matter Jason Plato who originally presented the feature item on Fifth Gear, remains a gutless coward hiding in the background, hoping not to be noticed and thereby forgotten. All polite attempts to contact him so he can comment have been ignored. The producers of this website are not in the habit of allowing anyone to hide. |
